I never used a health cheat or damage cheat and had no problem finishing the game with just using the 9999 of items. Usually this would be enough to find the proper values but if not I'd gather a third of the same resource and this would always be enough to find the cheat engine values so I'd change them to 9999. I'd gather a second of the same resource. I'd gather my first resource and the game would tell me how much I had of that item. When I would go around crafting materials I would just try and collect 2 or 3 of the same thing in a row so that it was very easy to track in Cheat Engine. On the game crashes I just reloaded and there were no problems. In the entire game I crashed it twice doing this and one time I blew up a monster to MASSIVE size so that it filled up my entire screen but I managed to change it back to it's original size luckily. Some resources were bringing back responces of 3 or 4 items in cheat engine so I would just change them all. I had no problems at all setting all my collected resources to 9999 (never even used more than 2000 of any resource so 9999 was plenty). I finished the game before the new trainer came out so I havn't had a chance to try it out but when I was playing the game I was using Cheat Engine. It work for the Crafted Items, you will always find 2 or 3 IDs, copy them all,change value or you dont have to because you HAVE TO freeze the IDs or else it will change and you will have to find again. When you find the ID of the DMG, it will show you 2 IDs, you have to choose 2 of them, change the value and then freeze them all.
If you manage to cheat the dmg, you will understand. with the using items (the crafted items like potions,bombs,floors.etc.) it just like the "1 hit kill" cheat, i recently figured this out a day ago. I think it like "fake" the number, make it craft and cancle it will turn the "fake" to the "real" one. You'll see the the sources that you used will be saved. Cheat any resources you need, dont change the value over 100k or the game will crash, 100k are enough for your stuffs, if you want to SAVE the resource when you change world/exit game, craft the stuff that use that resource and cancle it before it done (hold down the mouse to increase the amount then cancle it all). There is a solution, which work for me, hope someone try it and report back if it work. We'd much rather spend our time making games than moderating the stuff that other people make Basically they're just lazy and don't care about community work.Wish most game could be like Rimworld where you can mod everything. with the resources, it will reset back to normal when you change world or log in back to the game.
